This is the FIRST release of "The Final Touch MusicDisk", due to lack
of time, there is no GFX/PLAY interface, but a "FINAL" version of the
Final Touch WILL soon be released, so meanwhile, just enjoy the music
using your favorite player, and please DO read this readme file to
find out WHICH PLAYER SHOULD BE YOUR FAVORITE ONE.. ;)

                                                Thanx in advance,
                                                                DOC.
                                                               (Your Captain)

    -------------------------
    -------- Opening --------
    -------------------------
This is the 'first-Release' Document of my
new MusicDisk called "The - Final Touch", in which i bring many music
    styles, such as Rock,Funk,Ambient,Classic,Jazz,Swing, etc..
    all on S3M format.

This should be a pushup for the Israeli music scene, I do hope that
MusicDisks will be more Common here.. Go ahead trackers, start
  working hard.

Total length of all tunes is no longer than 30 minutes.
Though there are many tunes, i made them kinda short on purpose since
i've noticed that long tunes (5 mins and above) are usually being
skipped by "listeners", so i try to bring many music styles on average of
    2 mins per tune.

                               ==============
                               About Myself
                               ==============
Hi! I'm DOC, since i'm aware of the fact that my personal life
should not interest any of you (although it is ;-)), i will shortly
     tell about my "Tracking History"..
     I've began tracking on 1991, when owning a 286 and SB1.5
I've started working on Scream-Tracker 2 after listening to some
really old STMs and MODs, i've decided to make some too..
At the time, the PC Music-Scene was really dry. Most of the music
stuff came from the Amiga, and the PC had very few 4-channel trackers.
Soon enough, i've realized that 4-channel aren't enough for many kinds
of music, at the middle of 1993, i also bought my SB16, and like
everyone else, waited for ST3 to come out..
..But it didn't come out on that time, .. YET..
Then i found Liquid-Tracker, which supported SB/PRO/16 and up to 64(!!)
     channels.
I became a Beta-Tester of that program and started working with it,
so, in fact, i'm doing MultiChannel-Tracks more time than most of
     you "scene-people" ;)

I'm still making music on Liquid-Tracker nowadays, and after
that, converting my .LIQ files into .S3M even though i bought a GUSMAX
about 1.5year ago, and as we all know, there are about million trackers
     supporting GUS today..
On early 1995, i've released my first musicdisk called "The Album",
of course, that's not the 1st thing i've ever released, its just
     the first ... "PACK" ;)

Well, i sure hope you're gonna love this new MusicDisk, and learn
from it, as a tracker and as a musician.

                                                    Signed,
                                                          DOC.
-------
Players
-------
If you compare today's players 'market' to 2 years ago market, you find
that this scene is getting bigger, and nowadays, you can find about
million (well.. maybe few less) different players. Many of them are
good, and i surely haven't seen them all. Therefore, i'll give you a
list of a players i've tested and recommending you to hear my musicdisk
(if you choose not to use the internal player)

CMOD - Capamod v3.?? is THEE BEST player for GUS/MAX owners.
LIQUID v1.00 - For those of you who has SoundBlaster 16, its much better
than all other SB16 compatible players.
CP v1.666 - Cubic-Player is a very good players with many options
and many screens, its gravis support is good, but it does
have some problems with the SB family.
This is THE BEST known player for the musicdisk (when
                 -released)
DMP v4.?? - Dual Module Player is the 1st serious player ever came out
to the scene, it supports many soundcards, and its.. OKAY
*Notice that by using the GUS CODEC chip for software mixing (which
gives you 2 major benefits:Echoes and -More memory for samples (no
matter how much memory your GUS has) gives you less sound quality.

[] = Best Known Player for the MusicDisk (as for the release date)

-----------------------
    KNOWN PROBLEMS
-----------------------
Many players somehow, does NOT support up to 16 channels tracks correctly.
Thus, tunes like OD.S3M should be played on CP ONLY!!!

Other Players - See Next Section...

-----------------------
WHAT'S A 'GOOD' PLAYER?
-----------------------
If you don't have any of the above players, and you think that the player
you use is good enough, here are some question one should ask about
 any player to see if its good;
Most of the players support most of the soundcards/special fx, therefore
its the minors things that counts.
 * Does your player support PANNING?
    * Does it support ALL special ST3/AMIGA compatible fx such as RETRIG,
FINE VOL SLIDE,FINE PORTA UP/DOWN? (assuming 'classic' fx are supported)
    * Does it plays RIGHT the FX? (for example, some players really mess up
-the porta up/down effect, and you get the wrong note) * (for GUS users)
Does it get over those annoying GUS 'CLICKS'? (see older players to find
out what's gus clicks refer to ;-)) * (for SB16 or ANY program mixing
AudioCard users) Does it support 16Bit channels mixing (some players
only supports 8bit mixing, which gives you stereo and all, but loses
    LOTSA quality)

 "DON'T-USE"-Players : ST3/MDP/IPLAY.
